Admin Portal

Time Keeping

Adding Leave Type

  • Users are now allowed to enter basic credits up to 2 decimal places. The “No” option for “allow half day” is automatically disabled if the basic credits is a decimal. Also if a validity is selected then removed, step 2 is not allowed. 

Leave Ledger Report

  • Updated the conditions so that leave types with yearly cycles are still shown even if the selected date range does not include the date when the leave type was renewed/started.
  • Leave types on a yearly cycle are only shown – under the month column.
  • For leave types with yearly cycles, the data (total, used, and remaining) should be correct for the date range selected on the report.

List of Leaves

  • Updated leaves calendar view. Also updated the code for getting leaves on the leaves calendar page to get the approved filed leaves only. 

Overtime Requests (Restday or Holiday)

  • Created a separate request for time dispute/OT during rest day/holiday. 

Payroll

Regular Payroll

  • Added a prompt when there are employees whose date hired and work schedule effective date do not match. 

Settings

Work Schedule Settings

  • Added a switch that allows late minutes within the grace period to be exempted (this switch is off by default). 

Payslip Settings

  • Added an option to only release the pay slip when it is the pay date.

Employee Profile

Additional Leave Credits – Bulk Update

  • Updated the validation so that it accepts any amount with up to 2 decimal places. 

HMO

  • Removed the limit to the number of dependents that can be added on the employee profile. 

Leave Management

  • Added a text area for remarks whenever additional leave credits are added. 

Eportal

Missing logs warning on Eportal

  • Updated the condition of the function that the api is calling, for checking if the cuttoff has missing logs. 

COMING SOON

  • Rest day logs can be converted to Compensatory Time Off (CTO)

Admin Portal

Settings

  • Added Monthly option on Payroll Frequency allowing users to select the start date of the month (end date automatically computed), removed timesheet covered option.
  • More options for computation and schedule of government contributions when adding or editing a Payroll Group.
  • Team Leader Access now available on System Access – by default has view access only to the Employee Profile but no view access to Payroll Info.

Time Keeping

  • Added new options to the attendance settings that allow the user to add and upload time logs for future dates. 
  • Added “Mark as Present” option if you want to fill the time logs automatically based on work schedule when adding/editing timelogs manually.
  • Allowed locking of attendance before the cutoff is done.

Payroll

  • Allowed running of payroll even if cutoff is not yet done.

Help

  • Help page is now available to access the Reference Materials (Admin Portal User Manual, Employee Portal User Manual and Eezi YouTube Channel) and Support Channels (JIRA e-ticketing Service Desk, Slack Chat, support@eezi.com)

Admin Portal

Settings

  • Option to show the pay slip either in Portrait or Landscape mode. Additional fields included in the pay slip (company logo, designation, department, TIN, SSS, PHIC, HMDF YTD Basic Pay, YTD Gross Pay, YTD Taxable Income, YTD Withholding Tax, and YTD Net Pay).
  • Added an option to revert the Pay Rates to default DOLE rates if they have been edited.
  • Withholding Tax can now be based on these 2 additional options: Basic Pay w/ Government Contributions and Basic Pay w/ Government Contributions & Attendance.
  • Premium Pay option added so that managers or supervisors can be exempted from additional pay for working overtime or for working during holidays.

Timekeeping

  • Allowed Regular Holidays to be filed as a leave
  • A feature available upon request, which allows admins/supervisors to generate
  • Present time logs (time in and out based on each employee’s work schedule) for all the dates within a cutoff.

Payroll

  • Added AMOUNT PAID and REMAINING BALANCE fields to help admin keep track of the status of employees’ loans.
